The rooftop view over the river is what makes this place special, and the food up there was really good, with both local and continental options. Rooms are reasonably priced for a double bed and quite clean. There’s enough hot shower water if you keep the heat and pressure down. The bedroom itself was very clean, but the stained glass window let in barely any natural light, and the bathroom could use a thorough scrub. It wasn’t especially dirty, though a bit more attention would help. I’d gladly stay again.

There are quite a few stairs, and they’re very steep, so handling luggage is difficult. The staff were great, though, and carried my case for me. They’re friendly and welcoming. Rooms are basic but have what you need, including a bed and warm shower water, and the prices are good. The rooftop has amazing lake views, and most things are nearby. A lovely stay for the price.

The rooftop view is cool, and sitting there for a while makes you forget the rest. The staff behaved well too. Those are the reasons I’m giving it 3 stars, because the hotel and rooms need serious attention and maintenance is poor.

The guest house’s rooftop restaurant has the best view of LAKE PICHOLA, and the Sev tamatar was great. The food tasted gr8 and the staff were very supportive. Rooms are good, with basic amenities. You can hear live songs from another rooftop restaurant during your stay.
