There were even condom packets left in the cupboard, and nobody had bothered to remove them. The rooms were dirty and stinky, with broken latches, and the lift wasn't working. This was a pathetic experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for families at all. Taxi and auto drivers are tied up with the hotel and may bring you here, so don't fall for that. You're better off looking in the old city, where there are good budget hotels.

The rooms were so small they could barely fit parents and one child, and there were no balconies. No soap, towels, or water glasses, even after repeated requests, and there was no service or willingness to help. Staff were stubborn and behaved horribly. The toilets were unsanitary, and water was often completely unavailable. Room allocation happened much later than arrival, while faulty door locks caused fear and frustration. The hotel is about 10 km from the main city in an odd location. Its tiny lift barely fits four people. Toilet exhaust fans face the passage, leaving every floor stinky. The hotel's facade shouldn't fool anyone. We left disheartened and furious.

I asked twice and still got no towels. The bathroom smelled like a gutter, possibly because of a problem with the hotel's gutter line. When I arrived, there were lots of hairs on the bedsheet and pillows, and dirt in the room corners made it look as if the room hadn't been cleaned at all. A group that paid 16k for two rooms was allowed by the owner to play DJ speakers there all night, from 10pm to 5am. They shouted, danced, and jumped around the hotel. My family and other guests kept complaining about the noise, but staff said it was the owner's decision. Pathetic. Avoid this hotel at all cost. I trusted OYO, but it seems OYO cares very little too.

The location was excellent, and the staff were professional and really nice. We had an awesome experience. I'd recommend this hotel to couples and families, you won't regret staying here.
