The spacious rooms and walkable distance to the lake were the only good parts of our stay. The sheets and pillowcases hadn't been washed, which made us uncomfortable. The washroom smelled so bad we had to keep the exhaust fan running. Even leaving it off for a minute let the foul smell spread through the room and made it hard to breathe. They also charged us for drinking water bottles at checkout, although water is usually complimentary in most hotels. The place has potential because of its location and room size, but it needs serious improvement in basic hygiene and guest comfort.

The bathrooms were in awful shape, with mold and fungus everywhere, and the mirrors and trays looked like they had never been cleaned. The mattresses were ripped, and the towels were so worn there was barely any lint left on them. They even looked like they might tear. Staff didn't want to take our luggage to the room and only did it after we asked. I regret paying in advance before seeing the property, and wouldn't recommend spending money here.

For this price, there are plenty of better rooms and hotels around. The room had a bad smell, the bathroom was so unpleasant I couldn't stand in it for even a minute, and the staff service was very poor.

I wasn't happy with the service. There was no hot water in the shower, and we had to ask a couple of times before anyone came to sort it out. The staff weren't good.

At night we couldn't get water, so we ended up buying some from a nearby 24x7 supermarket. The washrooms were in poor condition, and the staff didn't seem interested in keeping the rooms clean.
