Justa Ssatva Resort, Udaipur

The meals were a real highlight, fresh and delicious each time, and the servers made dining easy by being so cooperative. Chef Suresh deserves a special thank you for taking care of our family’s dietary needs and requests. Staff across the hotel were attentive, polite, and quick to help, and they made us feel welcome from the start. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Our family found the stay comfortable and pleasant, and Justa Ssatva was a perfect setting for the trip. We’re leaving with happy memories and would recommend it to anyone wanting a high-quality, welcoming stay.

Every meal, from breakfast through dinner, was fresh, flavourful, and delicious, with a great range of options. The staff were just as lovely, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Their friendly, professional manner made my stay especially comfortable. Great hospitality and food, I’d highly recommend it.

Ayesha Ma'am at the front desk was professional and welcoming. She helped us with the early check-in request, got us settled after we booked three rooms directly with the hotel on arrival, and gave us information about the City tour. Housekeeping was prompt and the food was very good. I had a great experience at JUST Ssatva hotel udaipur, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The basics were shockingly poor. We asked for drinking water and waited 30 minutes, then the waiter asked us to hand over our bottles to refill because the hotel had limited bottles. At ₹10,000 per night for each of two suites, that’s unacceptable. The rooms were in very poor condition, with damp patches and seepage on the walls, and terrible bathrooms. It was the worst “suite” experience of my life. Food service was bad too: we requested less spicy food but got very spicy food, and even after it was changed, the quality was still poor. Bad rooms, service, and food. Totally disappointed, not recommended.
