The undercooked pizza we ordered through room service was handled flawlessly: they refunded it right away and without hesitation. The following day, the team checked in several times and apologized sincerely, making sure everything was fine. That care made us feel valued. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, and even the hotel smelled amazing, making every walk through the lobby feel luxurious. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our stay at the Udaipur Marriott was hands down the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and Mr Rakesh was especially helpful with dish recommendations. Soft lighting, modern décor, and pleasant background music at a comfortable volume made the dining room feel relaxed and inviting. We had a great meal and I’d definitely recommend this restaurant for a casual dinner with friends or family.

The sincere hospitality and well-kept rooms made it one of the best places to stay in Udaipur for me.

The rooftop sunset over Udaipur’s skyline was breathtaking, and I’d call it a must-do for guests. Breakfast was another highlight, with quality ingredients across local Rajasthani dishes and international favorites. We also found the lounge a great place to unwind, thanks to its attentive staff. The property is beautiful, but the personal service is what really set our stay apart. From the front desk to the lounge team, people seemed to anticipate what we needed before we asked. It brought together Marriott’s global standards with warm, authentic Indian hospitality.
