We had to cut our trip short and were left stranded during peak rush in Ujjain after the owner made us leave a day early, even though we'd paid in full and paid extra for the extended stay. It felt like he wanted to take a more profitable booking instead. The experience was exhausting and ruined our plans. The owner was rude and arrogant, with no courtesy toward guests. Our room was filthy, the bedsheets looked used and unchanged, and there was no attention to hygiene. They didn't even provide basics like a toothbrush or towel. This place felt like a scam, and it seemed they could throw you out whenever a better deal came along, even in the middle of the night. I regret booking it and wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. There are much better places in Ujjain. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel's location was the one good point, though only somewhat. I booked based on the reviews and expected it to be great, but it didn't live up to them. Breakfast was a letdown: they just wrapped everything up and handed it over in a plastic bag. The hotel was merely satisfactory.

I wouldn't stay here again. Service and management were both poor, and the stay felt like a waste of money. The bedsheet and towel were dirty, and there was no mineral water available. I couldn't get soap, a toothbrush, or toothpaste either.
