The good thing is the location, close enough to walk to the mandir. It’s also a good spot for Mahakal mandir and Harsidhi mandir, and within walking distance of smart parking, though with luggage only a rickshaw is helpful. The rest isn’t worth even one star. I’d booked for December 2025 a month ahead, with a total quote of 8000. They asked for an advance, and though I could have paid 500 or 1000, I paid 2000 as a good gesture. Because of the Indigo issue, I had to cancel. I tried to persuade them to keep the advance and apply it to a new booking in the next 3-4 months, when flights would be normal, but after several requests they agreed to only 50%. When I arrived for my April 2026 visit, I was shocked. The route is confusing even though the hotel is near the temple. Only e-rickshaws are allowed, and even those drop you 100-150 metres from the hotel. Their attendant took just one piece of luggage, so we had to carry the rest ourselves. The entrance is very narrow, with people smoking there. The rooms are big, but basic amenities are a concern. The beds and toilet weren’t very clean. There was no TV service, and the Wi-Fi was so unstable it was unusable. No complimentary water bottle, though there is RO water. Some employees were rude and unfriendly, while others were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t satisfied overall. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have luggage or kids, or if you’ve brought a cab to stay with you during your visit. If that’s not an issue, you may choose it.
