The staff and manager were polite and humble, the rooms were clean, and the area was good. You can order food there too, and it was delicious. Mahakaleshwar temple is about 1 km away, so an auto costs ₹20 per person to get there. It was a good stay and one of the best hotels near the temple.

My reservation was for 23rd Dec through 27th Dec, and I gave the correct details. I even sent screenshots. But they entered it as 23rd Nov through 27th Nov, then shouted at me and spoke disrespectfully when they were the ones who had made the mistake. Rakesh kept calling, yelling at the top of his voice, and wouldn’t let me speak. Even after I showed him the screenshots, he wouldn’t admit the error, let alone apologize. I’ve never had anyone speak to me the way Rakesh did. He was inefficient and rude, with no respect for customers. If that’s customer service, it’s shameful.

We spent four days in Ujjain, and our time at raghuveera palace was a good experience. The staff were helpful, cooperative, polite, and humble. It would be more convenient for guests if they added a few basic restaurant facilities.

I’ve been in touch with this hotel by phone for a long time, and each time I’ve received positive feedback about any issues. The rooms are very neat and clean.
