Staying here felt like being at home, even though I was somewhere new. They spoke to me politely, provided what was needed when it was needed, and the hotel service was good.

Mahakaleshwar temple is conveniently close, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed anything. I had a really good stay at this Ujjain hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. It was an easy, pleasant visit, and I'd suggest it to others.

The stay was awful. There weren't even basic things like water or a dustbin in the room, and the caretaker was really rude.
