The next morning there was no hot water for a bath, so I checked out at 6:30 am without bathing after just one night. The facilities at a dharmshala would be better, yet they charge like a 4 star hotel. The most rubbish hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Pathetic, recommend never visiting.

The service and cleanliness both fell far short, and for what we paid I expected a lot more. The owner was rude to us, staff didn't seem interested in helping, and they ignored our requests for extra towels and toiletries. Our room had stained carpets and beds that hadn't been made. The AC barely worked, noise from adjoining rooms was unbearable, and the bathroom was dirty, with hair in the sink and a strong smell. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they improve their service and cleaning standards.

We stayed in room 203 from 13 Feb to 15 Feb 2025. Its balcony looked out onto the market. Cleanliness, location and rates were among the main reasons we picked this hotel, along with the Sanatani owner and staff. There were less expensive places, but most belonged to people who weren't Sanatani.

It's only the walking distance to mahakal temple that seems to bring them business. The cleanliness was just average, and basics like drinking water and tea weren't available. Not worth it.
