I only stayed because I had already paid through Make my Trip and needed to be near the station for my train. The location is good, close to Ujjain Jn Railway Station, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets were untidy and marked, and the rooms weren't clean. The bathroom was awful and stained, the sink tap didn't work, and it was untidy. There was no intercom or Wi-Fi, so the TV didn't work because there was no internet connection. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel if you have kids or family.

The hotel was good, and the staff were supportive. Bhupendra Singh stood out for being especially polite and helpful. A must visit.

The bedsheets and blankets were filthy, and the room felt damp and dirty. It looked as if nobody had cleaned up after the previous guest. A miserable stay.

The staff were helpful and arranged taxis and autos so we could explore nearby. I had a comfortable stay.

The bathrooms smelled, and there was no intercom or even an offer of tea. At reception we were kept waiting for at least 25 minutes while they insisted there was no booking in our name, even though we had booked through make my trip under my mother's name. The whole experience was especially bad for my parents. A hotel like this near famous pilgrimage spots brings the experience down, and they seriously need to upgrade. OYO hotels are already known for being cheap, and this stay proved it to me.
