Vadodara was 43 degrees that day, and the AC worked well. The room was clean and looked after, and the bathroom was dry and smelled fresh. Check-in was quick, about two minutes, since I'd booked and paid online. The staff were really nice and helpful. The location is good for tourists, with the main places easy to get to. I didn't eat there, so can't say anything about the food.

I wouldn't choose this hotel for a short trip when I need an easy check-in after traveling. They took 40 minutes just to confirm my online booking, and getting the room booked through Citrus was confusing. Then they seemed ready to add charges for the furniture, electricity and water, and I wouldn't have been surprised by an air-use charge too. I asked for the final total and was shocked to find it could cost more than a standard room at a five-star hotel in Vadodara. The whole experience left me feeling they don't care about guest satisfaction.

A safe place to stay in Vadodara with family or friends, and good value for the money. The owner and service staff all do their best to keep customers happy. The food and hospitality were good too.

Good budget hotel. Room service was a little slow, though.

The room was really small, but everything else was fantastic. Nice place.
