Hotel Unique By Apex

The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a really nice stay in Vadodara. A good option near the railway station.

I'm a regular customer here, and the management has changed. The new staff are very good and helpful, and the cleanliness is great.

The safety arrangements were my biggest concern. Our rooms didn't seem safe, and there were no safe doors or stairs to use if we needed to get out during a fire. The rooms were very small, the bed covers weren't good, and the bathroom wasn't clean. We had no hot water during the stay, and breakfast had no choice and was served in the room. There were no lunch or dinner options, so we had to go elsewhere. The hotel doesn't have restaurant facilities or other facilities, and getting out in an emergency could be difficult.

The reception service was terrible, and the staff there behaved very badly. If you book online and come here, you'll regret it. I was left troubled late at night. A very bad experience, don't go to Hotel Unique.
