I arrived at 10:30 pm after a long trip, but the stay was awful. The bathroom was leaking at every tap, the washroom door was broken, and there was no toilet flush or bathroom supplies. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and had already been used. When I asked to have the sheets changed, owner maniklal told me this wasn't a three or five star hotel and they wouldn't provide everything, then said I could stay or leave. I canceled the booking even though I knew I wouldn't get my money back. They also didn't provide breakfast after my one night because I had canceled. The online booking was part of the problem, since they hadn't received their commission. I can't get this posted without a star rating, but I'd tell people not to choose this hotel, even if the stay is free or they don't charge you. The rooms were very bad.

I felt really bad about the night I spent there. The room and washroom weren't clean, the towels were in poor condition, and basic things like a geyser, telephone, and lights were missing. The receptionist was rude, too. I had already paid and booked one room, but when I arrived, they said everything was booked and told me to leave. I called the oyo manager, who helped us get a room. This was a very poor experience.

The pictures shown online are very different from what the place is actually like. I was tricked by oyo when booking, so be careful with oyo. This isn't a hotel, it's a loze.

The workers were really helpful, but the man at the counter had no sense and shouted at them for no reason. Not good!
