Breakfast was really poor. They didn’t refill the fruit, there weren’t enough tea cups, and the tea and coffee were cold. The rooms smelled bad, and there was no hot water kettle in the room. The geyser may not work, and the shower taps may give muddy water. Avoid if you can.

The location is a big convenience, right in the heart of Vadodara and very close to the railway station, so getting around was easy. The staff were welcoming and polite, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying. I stayed at The Pacific Hotel, Vadodara for a day. My room was cozy, clean, and well maintained, and the experience was very pleasant. A good choice for a short, comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it.

I really liked staying here. The room was perfectly fine for the price, and the deluxe room was a good deal. Service was so polite and gentle, with good hospitality ☺️.

The bed linens were so dirty they looked as if they hadn’t been washed in a year. The room smelled bad and had seepage; the bathroom door, taps, and jet spray were rusty. Toiletries listed as provided were missing, and we didn’t even try the complimentary breakfast. We’d selected flexible check-in and requested 6:00 am, but were still charged Rs. 700/- for early check-in. This felt like the worst stay, even compared with a lodge.

Vadodara’s lighting and city beauty speak for themselves. The hotel has management that’s among the best, though it seems underrated. Its 24/7 service makes it comparatively better than other hotels.
