Sabitha was particularly attentive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The whole staff gave exceptional service, and that made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast had a delightful range of delicious choices. We had a truly wonderful time at the resort and hope to visit again.

The hotel is about 3 km from town and easy to reach, with plenty of parking. Rooms were neat and hygienic, and the atmosphere was lovely, especially in the restaurant. We liked the breakfast buffet, with tasty Indian dishes and the usual options. The fresh fruit juice was the highlight, and dinner is worth trying too. Staff were very supportive, the pool was nice, and the morning view was great. Room size varies by tariff. Prices were 3.5-6.5k, reasonable compared with other hotels. Rooms in Vagamon are generally costlier on weekends and holidays. I’d put this place in the luxury category.

We first had a wonderful family stay here six years ago, and returned this year to rest and relax. The property has changed a lot, with a new wing of spacious, elegantly designed rooms and modern touches like smart TVs, rain showers, plush bedding, glass showers, and private balconies overlooking the gardens. Everyone slept comfortably, and the balconies were lovely for morning coffee together. The fine dining at Walter Duncans was a standout. The multi-course menus combined local and international food in a romantic but family-friendly setting, with options for our picky eaters. The waitstaff remembered what we liked from dinner at breakfast the next morning. The complimentary breakfast was a South Indian buffet: uthappam, poori, potato masala, dosa, idly, sambar, chutney, podi and oil, boiled eggs, white and brown bread, butter, jam, honey, fresh fruit, mini chicken and veg sandwiches, cereals, hot milk, coffee, tea, and fresh juices. The menu changed daily, and eggs could be ordered at the live counter. There was no continental breakfast. The infinity pool was spotless and carefully maintained. Its clear blue water seemed to spill into the wide views. It’s chlorine-free. I wouldn’t count the cold water as a drawback given Vagamon’s weather and nighttime temperatures, but even on a sunny day, it was freezing. The staff made the visit feel special. They called early on arrival day, welcomed us with fresh juice at check-in, upgraded our room because they knew we were returning, helped arrange a personal caretaker, and housekeeping refreshed the room daily with towels folded into animals and birds. The concierge booked nearby adventures, and the front desk kept our luggage after checkout so we could leave at ease. They treated us like extended family and remembered our previous visit. It’s a clean, secure, well-maintained property, close to the city center. It feels upscale and family-friendly, with a safe and fun setting, and I’d recommend it for multi-generational trips. Fine dining is on the expensive side, but the service and atmosphere made it feel worthwhile. During our stay, Mr. Sathya (Manager), Ms. Sabitha (Personal Caretaker), and Ms. Shwetha (Restaurant) gave exceptional service. This is my personal review and isn’t promotional.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. We only stayed one night on our first visit, but we're already planning to return. Vagamon town is close by, and there was great food and entertainment. The restaurant staff were so friendly, and I can't praise the chef enough. The security guard helped us park as soon as we arrived, and general manager Mr Satya welcomed us and helped with everything we needed. With the cool, beautiful surroundings and such lovely staff and food, it felt like heaven on earth. Thank you so much ❤️
