The location is good, and the rooms are okay for one night. But they need to clean rooms before guests arrive, especially when they already know there are bookings. Cleanliness and hygiene are key.

The reception staff were rude, and there was no proper room service. The rooms were dirty, dusty, and had broken furniture, with insects everywhere. The photos are completely fake. They call it a 3-star hotel, but it doesn't deserve even one star. I regret booking here. The hygiene was poor.

The rooms are well maintained and the staff are very good. It's right in the heart of the city, with hotels nearby, plus a bus stop and parking.

After paying the full 1500, we found there was no water in the upstairs rooms. The curtains had mold, and they wouldn't give us another room or refund any money. We had to make do and stay the night, but they didn't adjust the price at all. We also saw the downstairs rooms, which were awful and not worth even 200 rupees. Please don't waste your money here.

Rooms and facilities are below average. There's no water at the wash basin, and the toilet flushes don't work properly.
