ADB Rooms Hotel Surabhi International,Varanasi

Spacious, clean rooms, delicious food, and excellent service. Everything was amazing. You should stay here for a lovely trip experience.

Hotel Surabhi International is in Pahariya, near Surabhi Hotel, Sri Nagar Colony, Paharia, Varanasi. Its location works well for getting around: Sarnath is about 3 km away, Varanasi Railway Junction and Varanasi Bus Stand are 5 km away, and Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is 22 km away. The location rating is 4.5 out of 5 on Goibibo. The overall score is 2.8 out of 5 from 85 MakeMyTrip reviews, and also 2.8 out of 5 from 60 Goibibo ratings. Some rooms are spacious and some bathrooms have been reported clean, though the rooms vary: some are new, while older ones show their age. One review even mentions a partial ocean view where dolphins can be spotted. Facilities include a bar, restaurant, air conditioning, power backup, free parking, laundry, free Wi-Fi, a medical center, luggage storage, wheelchair access, a conference hall, and a travel desk for airport pickups and drop-offs. Guests' views on the food differ, from excellent to average, and some found the breakfast limited. Staff experiences also vary, with some praising kindness and humility while others report slow or rude responses. Some reviewers mentioned TV problems and slow restaurant service. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, including reports of cockroaches, poor maintenance, and rooms described as dirty and unhygienic. Guests also reported unreliable Wi-Fi or no connection in rooms, missing hot water, faulty door closers, and insufficient lighting. One reviewer called the atmosphere creepy, citing the aged design, poor lighting, and staff lingering around. The convenient location and potentially spacious rooms are positives, but the repeated concerns about cleanliness, service, hot water, and Wi-Fi may weigh into a booking decision.

A fairly good hotel within Varanasi's municipal limits, right on a four-lane highway.

There isn't even a zero-star choice, which is why I had to pick one star. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. My stay was awful: the room was dirty at check-in, with dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a horrible-smelling bathroom. Housekeeping was basically absent, and repeated requests for cleaning didn't get the job done. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, acting as if acknowledging me was a favor. When I complained about the cleanliness, they brushed it off with an attitude. Customer service clearly didn't seem to matter to them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere.
