The room had a couple of small problems: the bathroom was cramped and smelled like a drain, and there was no charging point beside the bed, which isn't handy for work trips. Sorting those out would make a big difference. The rest of the stay was lovely. Right in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet, with cooperative staff, tasty food, a well-equipped gym, and a nice pool. Meals were included at a reasonable price, so it felt like very good value. I'd recommend it to business travelers.

The dining was the highlight for me. Everything tasted excellent, seemed freshly prepared, and there was a good range of choices. I also found the rooms clean and well kept, with housekeeping consistently doing a good job. Staff were polite and quick to respond. It was a very satisfying, comfortable stay, and I'd recommend the hotel for both the accommodation and the food.

I felt looked after throughout my stay. When my key gave me trouble, someone walked me back to the room with a replacement so I wouldn't have any more problems. The A/C also had an issue, but maintenance came and fixed it right away. Avanish, Dhiraj and Nazim were great with the serving, and seemed to know what guests wanted. The rest of the hotel staff were decent, polite, and knew their work, whether it was food or drinks. If you're in Banaras, this is the place to stay. It felt like living in a palace where all my needs were taken care of.

Don't visit this hotel. The staff were completely ill-mannered, and the service was unprofessional. At 11 pm, before I arrived, I called reception about a room booking, explained my trip details, and was told a room was available. But once I got there, that same person denied having any rooms and refused to give me one.

My experience was disappointing. Customer service felt very sluggish, and the staff didn't seem to know how to treat guests properly. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
