The location seems to be the main reason the rooms stay full. The restaurant was decent, and room service was basic but helpful. Getting there is difficult right now: because of construction and a vehicle-free zone from 9 am to 9 pm, you can only reach the hotel on foot. For 5k a day, the rooms felt like a dungeon, with dirty towels and sheets, no TV or intercom, dim lighting, and broken doors. Better maintenance, proper hotel linen, and working amenities could make this place much better value.

We really enjoyed staying at MK Grand Hotel with my family. It’s right in the heart of Varanasi, with everything close by, and our room and bathroom were clean. The restaurant was very good too. The staff were supportive, especially Mr.Rajkumar Yadav, who helped us during our 2-day stay.

The room and service were excellent, and the vegetarian restaurant served very good food. I’d recommend this hotel to my family and friends visiting Varanasi.

The room was really nice, and the temple and ghat are close, about 400 mts to the temple and 600 mts to the ghat. The South Indian food was great too. Sanjeev manager and Asihish were both wonderful to talk to, and explained things about Varanasi so well that it felt like being at home. Super, super, super.

The room was clean, and the staff were polite. It’s a decent place to stay, close to major spots like shri kashi Vishwanath Mandir and the ghats. I had a good stay.
