Outside, the building looks good, but the room was awful. The bed was in horrible shape, extremely small, and uncomfortable. There was barely space to move or put luggage in the tiny, cramped room. The bathroom was filthy and unhygienic, with damaged fittings, a broken jet spray, poor maintenance, and a foul smell. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so I couldn’t sleep even for a minute. The room looked nothing like the photos on the OYO website, which were completely fake and misleading. There was no cleanliness, maintenance, or basic facilities, and no concern for guests. This was a third-grade, roadside-level room and a waste of my hard-earned money. Worst stay ever. Avoid this property at all costs.

There were no towels, no mineral water, and no goodknight. The bedsheet was torn in several places, and basic hotel amenities were missing. I don’t know why this hotel is listed.

Frequent power cuts and rude replies when we asked for help made an already bad stay even more frustrating. The rooms were subpar, the service terrible, and cleanliness was a joke. We booked this lodge through our travel agency 'Sampoorn Yatra', but the agency and hotel didn’t communicate with each other. Three family members developed itching from the beds. When we asked for fresh sheets, the ones we got smelled bad. Our agency said it would arrange room changes, but the hotel wouldn’t cooperate. Our family had a miserable stay, and it ruined precious time together. If you’re visiting Kashi and Varanasi, avoid this agency and hotel. They’re not worth your money.

The AC worked well, but the restaurant was 0 star, with excuses to avoid giving complimentary breakfast. I was due to check in at 10 am and arrived at 12 pm, yet my room still wasn’t clean or ready. The TV in the room had no channels at all, and they didn’t provide towels.
