The staff were rude, and the host or owner wasn’t at the property. The room was in poor condition when we found it, including a bathroom flush problem, and they wouldn’t cancel or refund us. The owner lists the place on Airbnb as an apartment, which didn’t match what we found. A really bad experience, and I wouldn’t go there.

I booked through GOIBIBO for my stay in Varanasi and found the property clean and hygienic. It’s in a peaceful part of Sri Ramnagar Calony, a short distance from Banaras Railway station. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Varanasi.

I paid ₹250 for lunch and got poor-quality food, including a rotten sweet in the meal. They also didn’t serve what the menu said they would. I complained, but they just listened and left it at that, so I still had to pay for a bad meal.

The rooms weren’t clean, so I can’t recommend this place.

Food service was good, and the interior was nice. There’s AC too, but the bed wasn’t good quality. Cleanliness was the bigger issue: the sink had beeda spit in it and hadn’t been cleaned. Food prices were high as well. One of the less appealing hotels near Kashi Vishwanath temple.
