The room at Grand Residency was comfortable, clean, and in good shape, and the staff were polite. It’s also in a convenient spot. The food was the weak point for me: the taste and menu variety could both be better. A pleasant stay for the room, though the hotel should improve its food.

I came back this December after a very good stay last December, but this visit was a letdown. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, which made things uncomfortable, and the food quality has dropped a lot. Breakfast was limited to dosa and idly, yet cost ₹400 per person. Tea and coffee were pretty average too. For the price, there are better beach stays available, and this didn't live up to my earlier experience.

The 2 BHK apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, so it worked well for a family stay. Breakfast was disappointing: we were told it began at 9 AM, but it had already run out when we got there. At night the hot water is switched off, and we had to call reception to have it turned on. Those little hassles could be improved.

The owner was kind and helpful, and would guide us wherever we wanted to go. They can also arrange adventures for munroe. The beaches are all at most 10 minutes away, and breakfast was decent for a great price. The staff were very polite and helpful too. We had an amazing stay.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way whenever we needed help. Our room was exceptionally clean, too. We loved staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.
