Ayappan and Ahalya made our three-night, four-day stay at Nitara home stay unforgettable. They welcomed us with warm smiles and a refreshing drink, and we quickly felt like part of the family. The clean home had cozy, comfortable rooms and lovely views. They were thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. They suggested local attractions, helped plan our itinerary, shared stories about the local culture, and cooked delicious meals. The quiet, safe neighborhood also made it a good choice for families. I highly recommend Nitara home stay for a memorable, authentic visit. We’ll always treasure our time there. Thank you, Ayappan and Ahalya, for making it so special. God bless Ayappan and Ahalya.
We loved the Coorgi cuisine, with every dish packed with flavor and a real taste of the region. The owners were warm and considerate, and made us feel at home. NITARA HOME STAY sits among greenery and rolling hills, making it an ideal break from city life and a lovely place to reconnect with nature. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, balancing comfort and style, and the washrooms were spacious. Everywhere was impeccably clean, right down to every nook and cranny. It was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and we’re already planning another visit.
We were five friends, and all of us were very happy with our choice. Mr. Ayappa was courteous and made sure our stay at Nitara felt warm and comfortable. The property is clean and well maintained, tucked among coffee plantations about 2-3 kms from Kutta main city, and suited a group of 4 to 12 people. Food can be arranged at the property with prior notice and at an extra cost. We chose to explore local cuisine, so we didn’t try the meals there and can’t comment on them. The road to the homestay is narrow, as is common in this area, but adequately paved. Having your own transport is advised, and avoid sedans.
The coffee estates around this clean, beautifully maintained place make it a lovely spot for a short getaway. Ayappa is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. Book ahead to get accommodation.
