The Hive Wayanad By Kondody Hotels

We chose the pool villa, which was spacious, peaceful and felt beautifully connected to nature. The food was excellent in both quality and taste. We stayed at The Hive Resort for two nights, and the whole team was warm, cooperative and helpful. Tessy was always there to support us and make sure we were comfortable. Shridhar guided us on the nature trail and took beautiful photographs that have become special memories. The staff took wonderful care of us, and we'd definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept, and the pool was clean too. Since monkeys may get into the rooms, it's better to keep the balcony doors locked. The rooms sit at an elevation, so you have to call the reception vehicle to go up or down, but it arrives in about 5 minutes, so that wasn't an issue. HIVE Wayanad is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views. The sunrise trek they organized was a highlight, the sunrise was insanely beautiful. Everyone on staff was kind, polite and welcoming, making us feel comfortable. We also enjoyed a campfire with music and learned towel art, a fun and unusual experience I haven't seen offered elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend this beautiful getaway for relaxing in nature.

The balcony was such a peaceful spot, with green hills, fruit trees and coffee plants all around the property. Our room was clean and nicely kept, and the food felt tasty and homemade. The trekking trip was a highlight, with the accompanying staff helping us feel safe and supported. There were other activities to enjoy too. From arrival onward, the team made us feel welcome and kept checking that we had what we needed. We had a lovely stay at Hive, Wayanad, and would recommend it to people visiting Wayanad.

The early morning nature walk was a real highlight, and the setting among nature is beautiful. For our anniversary, they arranged a candlelit dinner at the "Tree Hut". Sridhar and Tessy put so much thought into it, and it was even better than we expected. They also have in-house activities like Kerala snacks with high tea, a cooking demo, towel art, and a music campfire. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. We loved this place and had a great time.
