There’s no food service at the property, which is a shame, especially for people visiting the temple. Lunch or dinner being available there would make things easier. The room was roomy and clean, and parking was good.

The property felt like an ordinary apartment, and several basics were missing: the room phone didn’t work, the TV wasn’t recharged, and they said it would be topped up the next morning. Breakfast was also not what we’d been told to expect. They mentioned a variety, but only served dosa. This was a really pathetic stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The main problem was the bed arrangement for my parents and nani. I had booked a king bed plus a separate single bed, but they gave us only a mattress on the floor. My 70-year-old father has back pain and had to sleep there. I showed the Agoda booking pictures, but they blamed Agoda for the wrong details. I asked to move rooms and they avoided the issue, saying none were available. I also tried FabHotel customer care and waited almost 17 minutes without getting anything resolved, then had to hang up. Agoda didn’t respond properly either. Both sides just escaped.

The location was excellent, with restaurants, public transport and malls all within walking distance. The room itself was only okay, and there’s no restaurant at the hotel. The bathroom was clean, though its door was a little broken. I’d phoned to book a family room, but on arrival was told it was a deluxe room instead. I had to make do with what they gave us, which was disappointing.

For a one-night stop in the middle of a Kolkata to Bangalore drive through Andhra Pradesh, this was decent and reasonably priced. It’s centrally located, near Trendset Mall and KFC, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by and the highway nearby too. The rooms and bathroom were clean, but nothing special. Toiletries were limited to a small medimix soap and a towel. They do have a homemade breakfast of idli and dosa with chutney.
