The room smelled bad, and the sheets were dirty and clearly had already been used. There was no water, and the taps, shower, hand spray, and toilet flush didn’t work. The Wi-Fi was out, and the TV didn’t work either. OYO customer care didn’t help, they left me on hold and never replied while I waited. OYO should remove hotels like this, or the score will be zero. I’d give it one star, but there’s no zero-star option.

The room was so unclean and smelled foul that we left as soon as we saw it. The hotel was tucked away in a dark spot and didn’t feel safe at all. OYO gave us the wrong location. When we asked for the correct one, they put us on hold and disappeared. A very bad experience.

I paid Rs.2300 to book the capital O hote, but OYO moved my stay to this place without telling me. It doesn't feel worth Rs.1000. The bedsheets were torn, the rooms were filthy, and there was no security or cleanliness. The only room boy didn't respond, and OYO's response was terrible. This is the worst hotel I've seen. Google doesn't offer a negative rating, and even one star is too much. Never book a room through OYO online.

The rooms look nothing like the advertisements. They weren't clean or properly maintained, and the staff were awful. Even giving it one star feels like a waste. Better to stay away.
