Hotel Sri Ram Grand

The room was spacious, clean, and looked after, and checkout at noon gave us a relaxed morning. Staff were professional and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is handy for both the railway station and bus stand. Nearby, there's a dosa and idli tea stall and a small shop, with other food stalls and shops about a five-minute walk away.

At Sri Ram Grand Hotel, the rooms were neat, very clean, and well cared for. The staff stayed polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. I really appreciated the experience and would happily come back. I'd recommend Sri Ram Grand hotel to others.

The rooms are good and well kept, so I can't give the hotel a low rating, even though the booking issue made our stay uncomfortable. Cleartrip let me reserve a non-AC room, but the room was designed for AC, with no outside-air ventilation, and we felt suffocated. The hotel should ask Cleartrip to stop offering non-AC bookings for these rooms, or add a mesh door so guests can ventilate them safely. When I contacted Cleartrip, they told me to open a small window with no mesh or grill for security, and assured me nothing would come inside 😂. If you book here, I'd suggest choosing an AC room. I hope the hotel takes steps to prevent this happening again. Thanks.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a modern but welcoming look. The bed made for a restful night's sleep, and the high-speed Wi-Fi and premium toiletries were good quality. I also noticed the care put into the room's upkeep and layout. Check-in was smooth, and the warm welcome in the lobby set a good tone from the start. The meals were a highlight too. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices for different tastes, and everything I ate was prepared very well. Restaurant staff went out of their way to make dining pleasant. My stay felt flawless, and I highly recommend Hotel Sri Ram Grand for its luxury and service. Five stars are deserved, and I look forward to coming back soon!
