Olive Tree Hotel

I ordered from Olive Tree Hotel and was very disappointed. The food was completely bland, and the fish portion was too small for one person. Even though I ordered Fish and Chips, there were no chips at all. That's misleading and unacceptable. Swiggy should take strict action against outlets that show this kind of carelessness and poor quality so customers aren't let down or cheated. I don't recommend ordering from here.

The check-in was easy, the front desk staff were helpful, and the service was great overall. I was given a Classic Room for my one-night stay, but it needed a more thorough clean. There was dust on the floor and in the room, the bedding felt itchy, and the kettle and cups weren't clean.

The website showed ₹1,949 for 24 hours. I asked if I could check in early in the morning since our train arrives at 4 a.m., and said we'd pay for the full 24 hours. The man who answered spoke as though he owned the place and quoted ₹3,300 plus taxes instead. He was very rude.

There's only one front desk employee managing the place, no valet, and guests have to park on the road. The rooms feel suffocating, with dust everywhere, and there was no service. I wouldn't call it a hotel, more like a lodge.
