The location is in a prime area, and there’s a separate parking space. The corridor wasn’t as spacious as the enlarged website photos made it look, though. Rooms are small for the high prices, there are lots of rules, the bedsheets weren’t good, and the staff seemed inexperienced.

We arrived from Hyderabad at night with an app booking, but the receptionist refused to honor it and behaved rudely and unethically. We left without getting our money back and without ever going to the room. It was a terrible experience in the middle of the night, and the staff member’s behavior reflects badly on management. They should deal with this kind of conduct. Bye.

The online price was 1080/-, but at the hotel they asked me for 1500/-. For that much money, I was given a terrible room and service. The whole experience felt unfair and far too focused on money.

I don’t understand the issue between OYO and the hotel management, but the hotel wouldn’t honor our OYO booking at the listed price and demanded more. We booked for 1100 and, feeling we had no choice, paid 1500. The male receptionist was very rude and used bad language about OYO showing lower prices. This has happened four or five times now, and customers shouldn’t have to deal with a problem between the hotel and its booking partner. If the hotel won’t accept app bookings, it should be removed from OYO and other apps. I don’t want to stay there again.
