Parking was a problem. The spaces were taken up by mall vehicles, and the security staff weren't friendly. The stay itself was just average.

You can park around the shopping plaza, so parking wasn't something I had to worry about. The hotel is right in the heart of Villupuram, inside a shopping mall with a multiplex. The rooms were really clean and had all the amenities, and breakfast was good, with mini meals. It was a nice place to spend time during a stay. I think it's the best hotel in town.

We got a very good room, and it was kept clean and neat. The service was very good too.

The parking was the biggest letdown. There are very few spaces, and customers visiting the mall often take up the spots meant for hotel guests. The hotel is behind one of Villupuram's busiest shopping complexes, and crowded roads make it hard to find. The rooms were clean, service was good, and breakfast was included through an arrangement with a restaurant in the complex. For the price, the amenities are good.

I liked the place, room, and staff. The one issue was cleanliness: the room needed a more thorough cleaning, and there were cockroaches in both the room and bathroom.
