I had a good experience with the management at their new building. The room and service were both very good, and the manager looked after customers well. I lost my bill and contacted them three months later; they sent it over and handled the request without any trouble. If I come to Virajpet again, I’d stay there. One thing to keep in mind: if it’s quiet, a woman staying alone might find it a little scary.

Rooms are clean and reasonably priced, and there’s parking. It’s a new, rooms-only hotel in Virajpet, though you can order food in. The manager on site was polite and professional.

There’s a good choice of rooms, and we felt safe and peaceful during our stay. It seems well suited to children, families, and friends. The premises were clean and the rooms were good, though the location is a little far from the city.

The rooms look good, but sound carries even when you’re deeply asleep. In a double family room, someone using the bathroom in the middle of the night can leave the rest of the family without a sound sleep. The room quality is very bad, so if you want to sleep well on vacation, find another place. There’s also another SUROOR RESIDENCY, and it belongs to the same SUROOR.
