The room service person was nice and helpful, but you'd need to tip him well. The rooms themselves were cramped and very dirty, with what looked like moss or fungus around, and dirty sheets and pillows. The washroom wasn't clean either. When I asked for fresh sheets, they refused. The hotel is a little far from the Railway station, so with a tight budget, somewhere nearby could save you communication costs. They gave us two rooms for around 2300 including taxes. They also provide a taxi for Arukku, which you can take.

The room service and management were awful, and the receptionist was the worst part. His manner was harsh and inhuman, with no idea how to treat a customer or speak respectfully to women. I asked a basic question because I wasn't aware of something, and he made no effort to resolve it, just spoke to me in a degrading way. They need to replace him if they want to improve sales or their image.

The one thing going for this hotel is that it’s close to most beaches and other places. The stay itself was awful. Our first room was very dirty, with red and yellow marks on the beds, and a pillow that smelled so bad we couldn’t use it. We switched rooms after one night and ran into the same problems. We also had no room key, so we had to call staff every time we needed the door opened. There were no water bottles, and the bathroom was filthy, with taps and the geyser not working. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It's the last day of December 2025, and this place still has poor rooms, poor staff, and no parking. Cockroaches were wandering around the room. They didn’t give us towels or soap or anything like that, yet charged a lot. The rooms are awful. Seriously, don't stay here if you don't want your trip plans ruined. A 500/- room isn't worth that price.
