The room was filthy, and the washroom smelled bad and hadn't been cleaned. The bedsheet and bath towel smelled awful, and there was a doormat being used inside the room. The door lock, TV channels, and mini bar weren't working. The front office management was disrespectful, and the booking amount felt like a scam. Number one dirty hotel.

They showed me one room, then gave me a completely different one when I arrived, despite my booking being made 10 days earlier. They said they'd move me to the right room the next day, but never did. I had called two hours before arrival and still waited 20 minutes in the lobby. Very disappointing service, and I'm not satisfied.

The beach view swimming pool was what I was looking forward to, but it wasn't maintained. I raised it with them and they said the water is changed regularly at night, so I waited until morning. The next day there was still sand and dust on the pool floor and floating in the water. It looked like this after nesting. I was so disappointed. I thought several times about jumping in, but ended up checking out. The rest of the stay was okay.

The locality is the one good thing here. 7 k for a below-average room is way too costly.

At 5500 a day, the room is very expensive, and it was cramped for two people. When we went out, I asked room service to clean it, but we returned at 9 PM that night and it still hadn't been done. There was no room service, and the AC didn't work. Please think carefully before choosing this kind of hotel.
