Hotel Winsar Park

Sharath sir deserves a special mention. He was supportive and exceptionally good, and helped make sure everything went smoothly. The management was organized, and the staff stayed courteous, helpful, and professional throughout. We had a great vacation at Winsar Park. The hotel is well maintained and has an excellent ambience. I’d recommend it to families or anyone after a comfortable, pleasant stay, and we’d love to come back.

First time here and we really liked it. The room was a good size, and breakfast was great, especially the salads. It’s comfortable and cozy. One small suggestion: cheerful girls at reception would make guests feel more welcome, and management could make checkout easier 😁.

The suite was a much better stay, and we appreciated that management upgraded us without charge after I raised our concerns. Food and the basement car park were the two things that impressed me. Our first impression was poor, though. We arrived at 10 pm to find the restaurant closed, so we ordered from outside. There was no security, and the staff weren’t very welcoming. The classic room we booked was tiny, without night lights or a proper view, and had issues with the ceiling fan and AC. Overall, the stay at Winsar Park was mixed. I wouldn’t recommend the classic room. The hotel should maintain things better and provide security for guests.

The staff are very nice, and I really liked both the service and the arrangements. The food was very good too. The manager who was there in the morning and is now there in the evening was especially good natured, and arranged the food I wanted. Thank you very much, sir.
