The manager was friendly and easygoing, but the rooms weren't hygienic and had cockroaches. At 1500 a night, that level of hygiene doesn't seem worth the cost. It's just okay for someone on a middle-class budget, though I think the price is reasonable for NAD overall, just in NAD.

The room had a TV, phone, AC, chair, and hot water, and room service was quick and good. The trouble is that things weren't maintained properly: the phone and shower didn't work, and they only cleaned the room and bed before new guests checked in. If they looked after the place properly, it could be one of the best hotels near the airport.

The staff were respectful and helpful, but the room came with cockroaches and lizards, and the remotes wouldn't work. Even after daily reminders about the AC remote, they didn't replace the batteries. They didn't provide an Oyo kit either, just one soap. There was no water bottle, only a shared dispenser in the room.

It's a budget-friendly option near NAD Junction, and maintenance is okay for a short stay. You can't book through OYO, so you have to book on the spot. Rates are 1400/- a day for AC and 800/- for non-AC. Checkout is 24 hours from when you check in.

For INR 1500, we got filthy surroundings, an unhygienic room, untidy areas, and none of the basic amenities. They tell you the amenities are available and hand over the room, but after you've paid, you have to keep chasing them to provide anything. The service was pathetic. Please avoid this place.
