Breakfast is a free buffet, and the rooms and service are nice. One room costs 2500/- for a day for two people. It’s about 10 minutes to vishakapatnam railway station, RK beach, and Central Park.

We were totally dissatisfied. The staff were rude, cleanliness was poor, and the service quality was low. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had an official get-together in a nice room, but the food was horrible. At 900 Rupees per plate, it wasn’t worth the price. It was too salty, spicy, and oily, and sometimes I even found mud mixed in with the food. Worst food.

The food was good when our group of 40 visited the restaurant on the 1st floor today, but the service left us uncomfortable. A lady waiter demanded a ₹1000 tip in a commanding manner, which felt very unprofessional. I’ve decided not to return to this restaurant.

Hi, my name is raj naidu. I visited hota ritz comfort today. The food was good, but the service was the worst. One lady waiter had an angry face and wasn’t nice. I’m not coming back to this hotel.
