The listing says there's room service and a kitchen, but all they serve is tea and coffee. Everything else has to be ordered in. When we arrived at midnight, staff handed us the keys but didn't help with our luggage. Someone came later to explain the hot water and left, and we had to call him back because there was no hand wash in the washroom. The washroom door had no lock, so we had to tell family members whenever we were going in. The TV didn't work, so we asked to change rooms the next day. It took several reminders and hours before we got another room. Its TV seemed to work, but only a few Telugu channels came through. The washroom jet in that room also failed. After repeated complaints, it was repaired just as we were about to check out.

Cockroaches everywhere, barely any staff or service, and the lift doesn't work properly. This is only worth 1000/- per day, honestly. One of the worst hotels.

We had chicken burger and chicken fried rice at the in house restaurant, and the food was nice. Room service was timely, the bathroom was good, and our room had AC and nice decor. Room 302 also had a lovely city view. It's right beside the highway and easy to get to. Covered car parking is available after 10:45 PM; before that, you can park on the road in front of the hotel. It's a budget place, so don't expect high luxury and you should be fine.

It's a beautiful place, very close to the highway and the major landmarks around Vizag Steel Plant. I'd recommend it to friends and family visiting Vizag who need a good night's stay.

The food was amazing, with fair prices for the portion sizes, and the waitress was always kind and friendly. Staff throughout the hotel, from reception to the restaurant, were pleasant, professional, and efficient. The hotel is beautifully decorated and makes for a peaceful stay. It's also well located for getting to many city attractions, with the railway station close by. We had a great experience from beginning to end.
