Signature Hotels

We’ve been back three times, and each visit has been pleasant. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well kept for the price. Breakfast has a great spread of fresh, tasty choices, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Ample basement parking is another real convenience. It’s a well-managed hotel with good facilities and warm hospitality, and we’ll return.

We enjoyed a buffet dinner with lots of delicious options, both veg and non veg. Mr Lingaraju, the buffet in charge, made the occasion auspicious and took special care to make our day memorable.

The room service meal took a long time despite being described as coming shortly. They brought the wrong dish, then needed another 45 minutes to sort it out. The receptionist was also very slow to act on requests, and we had to keep pushing to get things done. We booked most of the rooms for a wedding, but the hospitality was still awful. Requests from family and friends were ignored, and it felt like only the person paying was respected. The rooms smelled strongly of insect spray. When I raised it the next day, the manager said he hadn’t been there when the room was assigned. No one took responsibility or checked the rooms before giving them to customers. How does a room treated with insect spray get handed out?

The place was clean, and the staff, service, and location were all very good. A few downsides: the food was costly and too spicy, with chilli used in everything. You can hear outside noise in the rooms, and the room price is high too.
