My Booking.com reservation was confirmed, but the hotel still said there were no rooms when I arrived. They even suggested there wouldn't be a room if I wanted to use an app discount. The support was unacceptable, and the hotel denied the confirmed booking.

We ended up paying more when we extended our stay because we had no other options. During our 3 nights there, the room wasn't cleaned even once, and maintenance was poor. The washrooms were dirty too. Not good at all.
10/10
The location was peaceful and there was parking available. The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was good too.

The washrooms weren't properly equipped, and maintenance was very poor.
8/10
For 3 nights I paid Rs. 4150/-. There aren't any fancy amenities, but the staff are courteous and it's quiet enough to sleep peacefully without disturbance. A few things could be better: the bathroom taps leak and need fixing, and there should be a hot water kettle. They should also provide toiletries, a 1L water bottle per person each day, and daily housekeeping to clean the room and make the bed.
