I found used condoms in the bathroom, and the bed had so many bed bugs that I got serious rashes. When we raised this with the hotel authorities, they told us to put up with it or sleep on the road. The customer service was the worst. In the end, we had to contact the police and Oyo customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Horrific experience. Google Maps showed the wrong location, and the hotel is in a slum. If you booked through OYO, expect a nightmare: the staff were incredibly arrogant and the hotel was useless. Google should have a zero-star rating option.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and service was prompt and good. It's in a quiet residential area away from the busy street, and the value for money is excellent. I'll choose this place again on my next visit.

There isn't a restaurant at the guest house, but you can order from their menu and they'll arrange food from an outside restaurant. The room was satisfactory for the price, the staff behaved very well, and the surroundings were nice. A good guest house overall.

They charged me extra and wouldn't allow visitors. The rooms and bedsheets weren't hygienic, and the service was poor. They don't know how to treat customers. I had a terrible experience.
