After going to this hotel for nearly 10 years, I used to find the staff and captains quick and responsible. That changed during a visit in May. We ordered everything together so the family could eat at the same time: three naans and prawn curry for two, a chicken biryani for one, and four glasses of Thums Up. The naans and curry took 35 minutes, and after 45 minutes there was still no biryani or drinks. We finished eating while one person was still waiting for biryani and the rest of us waited for drinks. By the time the three of us had washed our hands, the biryani had arrived cold, followed by the drinks. We cancelled both, paid for what we had eaten, and decided not to return to Mayura hotel. It was 10:10 at night, so I took my son to another hotel to get him biryani.
