The team at Pandora Hotel made our experience memorable, and we're grateful for everything they did to make us feel at home. Every staff member made our family feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. There was no card payment system, and the hotel felt chaotic overall. Nothing seemed organized, staff appeared untrained and unprepared, and even basic requests took a long time. Departments didn't coordinate properly, causing delays and confusion. The service fell short of the standard the hotel promises, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle free stay. Please don't book. I wouldn't even rate it a 2 star hotel.

Cleanliness was the highlight of my decent, comfortable stay. The hotel is new and well maintained, with a spotless room and washroom and all the necessary toiletries. I only booked a room and didn't try the food, but was told the breakfast buffet costs ₹499 + GST, which seemed slightly high for Vrindavan. Coming from the Mathura highway, it's around 1 km before the Multi-Level Parking and around 2 km after Hira Sweets. E-rickshaws are easy to find outside, usually ₹100 for a private ride to most temples or ₹30 per person shared. The staff were helpful, but I ran into two issues. There was no hot water between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM, possibly because the geyser is switched off overnight and takes time to heat once turned on. I went to reception 5 times in that window to ask for hot water, which delayed my morning plan. Also, my Gold membership included a 3-hour late checkout, but the hotel initially refused and only allowed 1 hour after repeated requests. Early morning hot water and membership benefits need some improvement.

Traveling with children was easy thanks to the consistently courteous, attentive staff and warm hospitality. Our family of four had a comfortable, well curated stay at Anandi Bhawan by Pandora. The room was exceptionally spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with two king size beds and dual LED televisions, so we didn't need extra bedding. The serene, refined ambiance suited families well, and the location made nearby temples easy to reach for a spiritual getaway. Dinner and breakfast were both satisfying and well prepared, with a sensibly priced menu. The one small limitation was no card payments, though UPI and cash were available. A highly recommended stay for comfort, value, and a peaceful retreat.
