Brij Eternity, Vrindavan by Leisure Hotels

Sandeep yadav at the front office was very polite and made check-in a nice welcome. He was helpful, explained the property well and had a good smile. The food was good and everything ran smoothly. I was very impressed with him, and with Brij eternity.

We only stayed one night, but it was very relaxing, serene and pleasant at Brij Eternity, Vrindavan. The room was large, with plenty of space even after an extra bed was added, and had good cupboard space and a big bathroom with a nice shower. Room service and the hotel services were excellent, and the ambience was lovely. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were excellent. Mr.Vaibhav, the restaurant in charge, was very hospitable. We needed non-Spicy food at dinner, and he made sure the staff prepared everything as requested. The restaurant serves Saatvik food, without Garlic and Onion. We were extremely happy and satisfied. Breakfast was excellent too. The vegetable stew was new to us and too good. The Poori's were tasty, red ones may be beetroot filling. Idli, vada, Shavige Bath and Paratha's were all excellent, and they also served Gulab jamun.

What stood out most was the staff. Everyone I dealt with was kind, polite, trustworthy and did their work with real care and responsibility. The front of department Pranab Ji or Sumit Ji was especially helpful. They speak good English, which matters a lot here. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the food is good and safe to eat, and the territory feels calm and secure, which is a big plus for this location. For me, this is a normal, comfortable and reliable place to stay in Vrindavan, with a peaceful atmosphere and good management.

Cleartrip unfortunately didn’t pass my request for birthday decorations on to the hotel. At the last moment, managers Shivam, Sandeep, and Nathuram stepped in and did their very best to make it special. Their quick support, warmth and dedication really stood out. I loved the experience at Brij Eternity, Vrindavan, and would highly recommend it for the excellent service and hospitality.
