We came with our family, including two young children, expecting the standards associated with Country Inn & Suites vrindavan. The stay fell far below what we consider acceptable, and I was deeply dissatisfied. The room was tiny and poorly maintained. Used, empty snack packets were in the cupboard, the area around the bed was dirty, the kettle didn't work, and the balcony was in poor condition. The washroom was also in very poor shape: the WC was damaged and unhygienic, the bathtub was in bad condition and was the only bathing option, and there were no towels. We asked repeatedly until 10:00 PM and were told they'd arrive in 10 minutes, but none came. I called again at 5:30 AM the next morning before towels finally arrived. Since the rooms are inside a residential society, there was no visible security, and an outsider could potentially enter. That raises serious concerns for families. It seemed more like rented flats being run as hotel rooms than a proper hotel. We booked here only because other hotels in town were full for the festival and wedding season. After this stay, I understand why this property still had rooms available. I ask management to review these problems and take immediate corrective action. Such conditions harm the brand's reputation and make guests' stays very unpleasant. I would appreciate a formal response and an appropriate resolution.

The bedding was extremely uncomfortable, and mosquitoes in the room were a serious problem for us while travelling with an infant. We asked for mosquito repellent spray on the second day, but nothing was done. Housekeeping also never came that day despite multiple requests, and even the trash was only taken out after we asked. The service was pathetic and this was the worst decision of our trip. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is no shower area, so you have to stand in a bathtub to bathe. The rooms are small and dirty, there are no guards or proper safety, and anyone can enter because it's a residential society. Calling this a 4 star hotel is a joke. There's no restaurant either, and the buffet was terrible. If parantha and tea as the whole buffet meal sounds fine to you, book it. Otherwise, I'd strongly recommend a guest house, with better facilities and good food, over this place.

We found the hotel peaceful and convenient, close to the main temples but away from the rush. After a long day of darshan, the calm surroundings, greenery, and tidy paths were relaxing. The property was beautifully kept, with spacious rooms and a fresh, soothing atmosphere. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to take care of requests. The food was hygienic and delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a good range and taste. A lovely place to stay with family on a spiritual trip.

Prem Mandir is just a few minutes away, which made sightseeing easy. Country Inn, Vrindavan was clean and peaceful, and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food was delicious and hygienic. A comfortable, pleasant stay, highly recommended for a trip to Vrindavan.
