The main road is close, but the place isn't right on it. A short walk or drive from the road keeps the noise down and makes the society feel peaceful and pleasant. The layout has open landscaped areas, plenty of parking, a central shopping arcade, parks, restaurants, and places to stay.

Omaxe Eternity in Vrindavan is a familiar gated township with good connections and a spiritual feel. It seems best for living in yourself, retirement, or a second home. Appreciation prospects are moderate to good, while rental returns tend to be average.

The working geyser and the location near Prem Mandir were the only positives for me. This is a room in the large Omaxe Eternity residential society, not a proper hotel, and the exact building and room details weren't clearly shared before arrival, which may confuse first-time visitors. The room smelled unpleasant. Even after repeated follow-ups, I didn't get clean towels, and there was no drinking water. Wi-Fi was listed but unavailable during my stay. Communication and hospitality were poor: they gave assurances but took no action. There was no room heater despite the cold weather. The stay didn't match the high ratings online, so consider these issues carefully before booking.

The owner was very rude and didn't refund the money. The room itself was in extremely poor condition, with dirty walls, a bad smell throughout, and visible spider webs. Comfort was lacking too: thin blankets, mosquitoes, a broken fan regulator, no AC remote, and no TV. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unacceptable stay.
