Suruchi deserves a special mention for her warm, courteous hospitality. She was helpful and made sure everything went smoothly and comfortably. The rest of the staff were cooperative too, and service was prompt. At Royal Bharti Hotel in Vrindavan, the rooms were neat, spacious, and well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere was perfect for a comfortable stay in this spiritual city. The location is convenient for nearby temples. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vrindavan. I’ll definitely come again! 😊

The driver did mention that the toilets for support staff were unclean, but apart from that, everything was excellent. At Royal Bharati we were upgraded to a suite, which was an excellent choice for our family. The rooms were neat and clean, breakfast had a tasty, nice spread, and the hotel is in a quiet area close to prem mandir.

The lawn and banquet function went smoothly, and the location, food, and service were all outstanding. There was a great variety of food, the service was very good, and all the staff were cooperative and courteous. Highly recommended.

The restaurant food was decent, but not worth the price. We visited Sarovar portico next door and loved its restaurant, and regretted staying at TRB. If you like the location, it may be better to stay there. Cleanliness was awful and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and even after we changed rooms the hot water was still an issue. The maharani suite is a joke. The staff were okay, but management doesn’t seem to maintain the property.

The warm “Radhe Radhe” greetings when guests arrive really make you feel welcome. The staff were polite and cooperative, and followed up properly on cleaning and other services. Hotel Royal Bharti was clean and hygienic, with well-maintained rooms. We had a very pleasant stay, and the service was excellent. One of the best hotels in Vrindavan.
