While we were out, the cleaning staff or janitor entered our locked rooms. I see that as a breach of privacy, and I haven’t run into this at other hotels. Our bags were locked and nothing was missing, so I can’t add photos, but what if something had been put in our bag and we were blamed for having it? A horrible experience. Book at your own risk.

The rooms are comfortable and the price is okay, though some of the staff could use lessons in manners.

I went there for biryani. If you’re South Indian, you may be disappointed by how much biryani you get for the price.

I stayed here during a plant visit to Wardha. The staff were nice and polite, the food was tasty, and the rooms and bathrooms were well maintained. They don’t serve food in the rooms, though. Tea and coffee are available only after a certain time. It’d be better if each room had an electric kettle and tea bags.

The rooms and services were good, but billing with management was a terrible experience. There was no professionalism or ethical dealing, and the front desk had no clarity on how to handle high-value customers. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have other options nearby.
