Hotel Sapphire

We had a wonderful stay at sapphire, and front office manager mr abhimanyu was cooperative and flexible about our requirements. The service was good, and we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant as well as the food at back door lounge. The amenities were nice. My one suggestion is to make the buffet breakfast more extensive and improve its quality. Thank you, sapphire.

The hotel is about a kilometer from the city centre and works for solo travelers, families, friends, or business stays. The rates change with the season and festivals. There’s plenty of parking in the back, two elevators for the first and second floor rooms, and a large lobby with halls for functions. Noise from an event can sometimes carry into the rooms, though. I liked the garden and how the flower pots were arranged. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a wardrobe and locker, work table, comfortable bed, and two sofas. The bathroom was hygienic and had hot water, though you need to ask for amenities. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The ground-floor restaurant has food and drinks, good seating, and a nice layout. The food we tried was above average, but very expensive, around the prices of a 4 star or higher hotel, and I didn’t think it was worth that.

I haven’t stayed overnight, but I’ve been here many times for parties. It’s a good, spacious place and the customer service is good.

At Hotel Sapphire, Yamunanagar, the staff were polite and helpful, and the food came out nicely presented and tasted good. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant feel, so I enjoyed the meal.
