Hotel Soluxe

I stayed for three days and paid 1300rs per day, plus 30rs for a water bottle. For that price, I had no major problems: the manager was good, the sheets, pillows, blanket, and towel were clean, and the toilet and bathroom were clean too. The AC, TV, and intercom all worked fine. The one issue was hearing what sounded like knocking at the door while I was in the room. It happened sometimes, mostly because of workers, and was quite disturbing. I hope they take this feedback on board.

The decor was nice, and the location is handy, with the market, bus stand, and railway station nearby. It’s opposite deepak bakery near foundation chowk. Breakfast can be provided early in the morning if requested. The check-in staff were polite, cordial, and helpful. The room needed better cleaning, and staff replaced the soiled sheets only after I asked. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the flush didn’t work, and the lights kept flickering on and off. Curtains and some upkeep, including the falling wall plaster, would also improve the place.

The rooms are cramped enough to feel a bit claustrophobic. It took a lot of effort before I finally got a remote for the AC. Staff also came in without knocking, which isn’t proper hotel etiquette. Just an average place.

The hotel soluxe team gave very poor service and didn’t support customers. Cleaning was bad, the bed sheets weren’t clean, and there was hair in every room. The intercoms also weren’t working.
